Return & Refund Policy – Teotema Beauty
At Teotema Beauty, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition that you received them
- Proof of purchase is required
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products unless they are faulty or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetic or skincare products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
3. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
